"Called out on a non emergency fault find. Charged £330 for 2.5 hrs work which worked out to be £132 per hour including vat. Wouldn't provide a report until I said I wouldn't pay. Then provided a two lines report that concluded there was a fault on the ring circuit. No help what so ever. Also, never screwed back all the sockets tested back to the wall securely."
Trader reply: "Thank you for your feedback as it's very important to us. We value your comments as customer service is our priority. You booked us through a third party and the price would have been discussed at this point. The job was logged as an emergency as the instructions were that a tenant was due to move in the following day. The price is in line with many other companies in the area and we try to stay competitive. The report clearly explains that the problem/issue is on the circuit. If you had contacted us we would have happily explained everything to you. Kind Regards Wilba Electrical Services Ltd"

Denise - Image 1 "Wes and Carl arrived on time and got straight to work. They had a can-do attitude and when there were challenges - they were solution orientated, offering suggestions on how to resolve the issue. They also didn’t “mansplain” to me, which, as a young woman, I experience from tradesmen a lot and find it incredibly patronising. Wes and Carl were respectful and efficient. I would highly recommend them and would use them again."

"I needed power and lighting to my new outhouse which I currently need as an office, spoke to will on the phone and he came out very quick and gave me a decent quote. The job was done by the end of the week and the guys were very polite and helpful. Will be using them again and Would recommend to anyone."
