    "Communication was poor. Expensive. Unreliable (cancelled an appointment at 7.30pm on a Sunday evening) work was meant to start next morning! Then wouldn’t re jig his diary to fit us back in until nearly 3 weeks time! This had a massive impact on our project in terms of cost / time and other trades He was unapologetic and very defensive when challenged. Personally, I don’t think he wanted to return to finish work he had started as messed up on the number of spotlight he installed, we asked for 4 and he put in 6! I could go on! I accept mistakes are made (especially with a big project and juggling multiple trades) but it’s how you rectify those mistakes is what makes an average business from an awesome one!"

All quoted works were agreed in advance and completed without issue. Additional works requested on-site were carried out on a time and materials basis, which was clearly explained and invoiced transparently. I informed you as soon as possible about my injury and provided the earliest available return date, although I understand this didn’t suit your timeline. Regarding the lighting, I made a professional recommendation based on the space, which was accepted at the time, and later offered a practical solution when your layout changed. I always aim to provide a reliable and professional service and am disappointed we couldn’t complete the final stage. I wish you all the best with the rest of your project."

    "The work carried out was to a very high standard and to the specifications we requested. The electricians were personable and discussed the work with us beforehand to make sure we were happy and they tidied up the bathroom after the work was completed.
