    "Saved us - found issues the sellers were concealing I initially didn't understand the point of a damp survey in addition to a full building survey - how wrong I was! The sellers were concealing damp by painting over walls and piling up moving boxes. The surveyor went the extra mile to clear the moving boxes and found the issue was more extensive than reported in the full building survey. They also identified the root cause. Ashley and the surveyor saved us a huge unexpected bill for remedial works we didn't anticipate, and we're thankful for their work."

    lucy - Image 1 "We had two walls which had been damaged and we had an initial thorough assessment completed and then renovated, they were stripped back to breeze block , a new membrane footed and replastered. All communication was clear and polite the contractor who completed the work was efficient, on time and work was of a high standard."

    "Ashleigh was extremely helpful and efficient in organising the surveying reports that we required prior to purchasing a property. Final reports were received in an easy to read format with clear explanations of the findings. Would recommend Damp & Timber Property Services!"

    "Had an initial call with Ashley and sorted out getting everything booked in. The service was initially cancelled as the person carrying it out had an emergency but Ashley got everything rebooked and arranged with the estate agent promptly. Had the report through in a timely manor and of good detail"
