    "We had an appointment with Michael who was brilliant, he went around the house to check everything then broke it down into bits for us, let us know what was most urgent and what could wait which we really appreciated to spread the cost a bit! We didn’t hear much from the admin in between which was a bit disappointing however the two guys who came to do everything (Jack and Harvey) were excellent. They got everything done on a timely manner, would move furniture that was in the way, put it back after and explained everything to us. Went above and beyond to make us feel informed about what they were doing. For context we had a lot of damp in ours walls so they had to replaster, put a whole damp course on, coat the plinth, and bare bricks. Highly recommend!"
