L Cox Plastering & Damp Solutions Ltd is based in Northfleet, Kent. We have over 25 years of experience providing services both locally and further afield.

We are founded on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and recommendations.

Our damp surveys are carried out by a qualified surveyor, CSDB (Certificated Surveyor of Dampness in Buildings). We use the latest technology and techniques to identify the root cause of the issue. We then recommend the appropriate remedial works if needed, which will be carried out by a fully insured, PCA (Property Care Association) and City & Guilds, Qualified technician.

With surveys from as little as £100, we thoroughly investigate to find the root cause of the damp problem, offering appropriate solutions and only recommend remedial works if required. We never upsell unnecessary treatments to recoup costs which those who offer free surveys do.
