"Our house had a poorly-built kitchen extension wall that was full of rising dampness. Ken did a thorough inspection of the situation, gave us a fair estimate of the cost of damp-proofing the wall, and carried out the works: stripping the wall down to the bricks, injecting damp-proofing cream into holes in the wall to create a barrier for rising dampness, as well as adding a waterproof membrane and render back onto the entire length of the wall to prevent any other moisture from escaping the wall. He then re-decorated the wall, matching the paints exactly, and taking care of re-mounting the radiator. He was very communicative, punctual, and pleasant to work with throughout. He was also very careful and meticulous in his work, accepting lots of questions and suggestions for small fixes where appropriate. We were very happy with Ken's service, and would readily recommend him."
