We have evolved with changing technology to provide outstanding services to treat wet rot, dry rot and damp in your home or business premises. We can also offer a 10-year guarantee on request. We pride ourselves on our efficient, friendly and high-quality services. We take the time to visit each client, talk through their damp issues and concerns and advise on ways to reduce damp (e.g. the introduction of dehumidifiers.) We will talk through the options available if structural intervention is required. We understand clients’ reservations about having damp treatment and do our best to explain the problem and the choice of solutions without compromising on quality or service.

"Professional, friendly, punctual and reliable. Local family firm. Gave written quote and organised a day to suit very quickly. Pricing reasonable. A friend had already recommended to me for damp work inside and out. He came with a machine to diagnose exactly where the damp was and could identify if any leaks . I recommend Mr R Construction."

"Mick and his team are BRILLIANT. He diagnosed the problems both inside and out, and suggested solutions to get rid of extensive damp, prevent it coming back and ventilating the house properly. He has masses of experience. Knowing what I do now, I would 100% employ him BEFORE buying a house to check it over. Lovely people - trustworthy, hard working, tidy and turning up on time for difficult work in cold weather. And really nice to chat with too. In addition, Mick gave lots of useful advice about the house - what jobs needed prioritising and why. Way exceeded expectations! Highly recommend."
