"Floor tiling repair on bathroom, contacted UCS and Richard came back very quickly. I don't live near the address and the trader was able to deal with the tenant which was really helpful. Kept me updated with regular photos, would recommend and will use in the future."

"From the start Richard was very helpful and clear about what he intended to do. He tanked my basement and damp proofed a large part of my flat. Plaster work was excellent as was all other works. He went above and beyond in explaining certain things about the work without being patronising, I will recommend Richard to my friends."
