"Owen came to give me a quote the week I moved into my new house and started work the following week. He dedicated his time purely to my project, which involved painting and decorating every single room in my 3 bed house, including ceilings, skirting, doors and walls. Every surface needed something. He was extremely friendly, a delight to have around the house helping and completely dedicated. He was at my house at sunrise and left mid afternoon every single day until the house was complete. Owen's wife was also lovely and a great help and support during the process. It was a lot of hard work and I cannot recommend Owen enough!!"

"Owen did a great job painting the outside of our house. He was hard working, reliable and very diligent. It was a pleasure to have him around and he took a great deal of pride in his work. The job took longer than expected because of the weather but he returned and diligently completed it in good time."

"The low ratings given to this trader reflect the fact that although the standard of the work that is finished is good, parts of the work remain unfinished, because the trader was called away to another job when the work on my house was approximately 75% completed. The remaining two rooms were painted with great speed on his return, and he promised to come back in two day to complete the clean up and to sand down an internal door that would no longer close. He returned as promised, but only to put undercoat on the woodwork around the external door. That door remains unfinished, and the promised clear up of paint on glass, ceiling roses and carpets was not done. I also had to buy replacement door handles for those lost during the work. I accepted this trader's proposal to work in my home as I was impressed with his assertion that when the painting was finished, he would walk through the house with me and ensure that I was happy with the finished job. He didn't honour this."

"I first booked Owen to complete a job at our busy commercial operation in November - both internally and externally. As a prestige motor brand, it was essential that not only was the finished job exemplary, but the work needed to be completed whilst we were open for business. Owen was incredibly flexible at adjusting his working days and hours to suit our changeable business demands. Furthermore, each day he adjusted his planned area of work to complete the job swiftly yet without any impact to our customers. Owen was completely trustworthy and very supportive to my team and I during the works. We have since booked Owen to complete further external painting - a job that was very good value and completed very quickly with no impact on our service delivery. I have worked in Facilities Management for years and Owen is one of the best 'contractors' that I have worked with due to his pricing, flexibility and awareness of our business needs. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him."
