"Eddie spent two weeks painting and decorating my mum’s house, he was recommended by a friend. He was a lovely man who was both respectful to my mum and her home. He was friendly and polite and mum was more than happy to be in the house with him while he worked. He was worked tidally and to a high standard, his wallpapering was immaculate. I have recommended him to another friend who also needs his mum’s house decorating."

"Eddie was methodical, tidy, polite and trustworthy and I have no hesitation in recommending. The job was to paint all but one room of my 3 bedroom house (walls, ceilings, woodwork) – plus put up coving and a ceiling rose: generally, the work was carried out to a very high standard and I am thrilled with the results. The fixed price was fair and it was made clear how and when payments should be made – a few small unforeseen costs were also made very transparent and receipts were given throughout. What made the overall score good, not excellent, is my surprise at a 3 day overrun. While I get that jobs have unforeseen issues, when Eddie came round to cost the work in March, I had already been let down by a painter - so all walls were bare and imperfections visible since January. This delay was very frustrating as it was not attributable to anything specific and I thought I had made it clear that I would prefer over estimation, rather than under on timing - but overall a quality job."
