- Over kill on ramp, don't want it ever moving. Would not of been much meat on wood to just cut it and place on top. Made all area under a soak away before giving this a good strong mix including posts into the concrete to make them quadrupley strong. Over engineered to make sure my ramps never move.

Mary - Image 1 "Meeting Waheed for the first time, we discussed the scope of work and he was so professional from day 1, going round to see the work that needed doing. Every other person we called from this website was fully booked till a later date or not available. Waheed was the only one willing to come in to have a look the next day. We explained to him that we needed the work finished before we came back from our trip so we could move in and settle down. The best part was that we gave him our budget, and he made a real effort to fit most of the work within it. He was transparent about one thing he couldn’t do—the bathroom decoration—and instead offered to complete other jobs in its place. True to his word, he completed the work as promised. He went the extra mile by helping us find a painter and check the quality, saving us the hassle. The transformation of the entire property was superb. Since then, we’ve given him more work because we trust him to deliver high-quality results."

Ian - Image 1 "Waheed replaced a ceiling and downlights for us as shown in the photo. The old ceiling was tongued and grooved boards with little insulation above. The replacement included extra insulation in the cavity and thermal plasterboard for the celing, this was skimmed when complete. Our room is now warmer. We believe he has also identified and remedied a leakage issue, which was due to an problem with the roof not taking the water into the guttering. We are very please with the result, Waheed and his helper completed the work very professionally, and in a very clean manner."
