With more than 10 years’ experience in the trade, the landscape gardeners at Greenscapes provide outstanding landscaping services to commercial and domestic customers in Blackpool and the surrounding areas.
We are a reliable firm of gardeners and are proud of the great eye for detail and unrivalled knowledge and experience of our team. No two garden designs are the same which means that every project undertaken by Greenscapes has its own unique twist making it eye catching, functional and easy to maintain.
Each landscape gardener will take the time to get to know their customer so that they can establish their needs and wants. "We used this company last year and were happy to book them again. Initial impression was good. The owner arrived on time and left one young man to carry out a large amount of work on his own, he told us that there would normally be 2. The employee was great. The owner came back with another man & sat in the cab ,it became obvious there was too much work for one man. My husband and I (both pensioners) began to clear the debris for him approx 2 hours work. When my husband and I asked if there would be a reduction on account of all the extra work that we had put in the answer came & I quote”you should have left it, that’s what you are paying us for” He charged us full amount ! We had to remove 10 bags of debris ourselves. The work was not completed to standard expected. Would certainly employ the young man again but not the company, not value for money"

This was the second project we had the pleasure of completing for you. Unfortunately, due to a recent family bereavement within our team, we were only able to assign one worker to your job. Under normal circumstances, we would have scheduled two workers, which typically allows us to complete such tasks in half a day. With one worker, the job understandably required a full day. We understand your willingness to assist and appreciate your cooperation. However, we did kindly ask that no additional help be provided, as our team member was fully capable and committed to completing the job to the high standard we always strive for. "John is one of the only tradespeople I’ve engaged with who not only showed up when agreed to review the job and quote, but then also actively followed up with me to get booked in. He was professional and polite and gave great advice, even going so far as advising me against paying for something that he didn’t think would have the desired effect as he’d not be able to guarantee it and wouldn’t feel comfortable; this demonstrated his trustworthiness. Him and his team arrived as scheduled, worked incredibly hard on our flagged front garden, digging out failed grout by hand, power washing and re grouting everything. It was a big job and a hot couple of days and they were all brilliant. Absolute pleasure to have around and tidied up after themselves at the end. Perfect, would absolutely recommend and would I’ll definitely call again when we need the back garden doing!"
