"Lloyd and Jim reworked a significant area of upstairs flooring for me after it had not been put back correctly by previous contractors some years ago and had gradually degraded over the years where it would "give" in places and squeak badly. After the rework by Primal Pro it is now solid and quiet again. I would definitely use Primal Pro again as they gave me a good quality job at a very reasonable cost. The carpets were refitted where the work had been performed and everything was clean and tidy before they left. Thanks guys!"
