Thomas - Image 1 "From the initial design and quotation through to installation and after support, the team at Northern Heat Link were very professional and responsive. Being a small terraced house with little space, installing a heat pump required a bit of effort to figure out how everything would fit. The solution to meet the various permitted development and MCS regulations was a model from Ideal. The team had not previously installed this unit, but we're willing to go the extra mile and get trained up by the manufacturer before the install took place to make sure everything would go smoothly. Their quote for the install was very competitive compared to several other installers I'd contracted. This did not in any way impact the quality of the work, which was done to a high standard. Would happily recommend them to others who like myself are looking to move towards low carbon heating technologies."
