"Had an emergency fault upon return from holiday. Called Warmflame and got same day visit. Problem identified, part secured and fixed. Great communication, polite, friendly and knowledgeable engineers. Mike and Sam were top guys and trustworthy. Michelle kept me informed of progress. Service level like it should be. I can highly recommend and will know be using for another property as well."

Michelle worked hard to keep us informed throughout the entire process, providing regular updates and reassurance from the initial stages through to the completion of our new boiler installation. Her communication and customer service were excellent. Mike and Sam also kept us updated as the work progressed. They carried out the installation professionally, completed everything as agreed, and finished within the timeframe they had allocated. Everyone at Warmflame was professional, friendly, approachable, and a pleasure to deal with. "We had a great experience with the team at Warmflame. They helped us with a leaking bath tap, a kitchen sink drainage issue, and finding a solution to move our hot water cylinder and pump. Michelle's communication was excellent throughout, from the initial enquiry to booking and invoicing. Sam completed the work on the bath tap and kitchen sink to a high standard, was tidy, and explained everything clearly. Mike came up with a solution for relocating our hot water cylinder and pump after another company had told us it wasn't possible. Professional, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with throughout. We would happily recommend Warmflame Gas Ltd."
