"I couldn't recommend more the service provided by John Brown Roofing. John contacted me very quickly, arranged a visit to assess the damage to my roof and work needed. He was very professional - patiently explained the cause and the proposed solution to my issue, and reasonable - didn't try to push any unnecessary work (something some of the other contacted traders did). On the agreed repair day, he arrived before time, briefly summarised the work he planned to do. After 2 hours, the work was complete and all the rubble cleared. Overall, really happy with the provided service: all done professionally and to agreed budget and timelines."
