At AJ French Carpentry we have been providing carpentry and joinery services to customers in Northamptonshire and surrounding areas for over 11 years. As craftsmen with in-depth knowledge of our trade, we use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.

We believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, we conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that we can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows us to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their needs and helps us to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for our bespoke carpentry.

    "Have just had 8 oak doors fitted, Andrew has done a fantastic job, they look amazing. Andrew was always on time, very neat and tidy and such a friendly guy. He was a pleasure to have working in the house. I have already found another job I would like him to complete and now would never use anyone else."

    "AJ French Carpentry came to fit 10 internal wooden doors for us at the beginning of October 2023. Andrew was professional and incredibly polite. He arrived on time and always left my home clean and tidy after he left for the day. The work done on all of the doors was immaculate and we are beyond pleased with the end result. I would recommend AJ French Carpentry to all of my family and friends and we will definitely ask Andrew to come back for any further carpentry work that we may need in the future."

    "Andrew was an excellent craftsman in every respect punctual,professional, efficient work of a high standard and reasonable prices.
