"Kai exceeded my expectations, he came round a few hours after I phoned to give a quote on a broken flushing mechanism and while he was there he temporarily fixed the broken flush and also resolved another issue. I found him trustworthy and friendly and have already booked him to do several more jobs."

"Phoned mid morning, they attended mid afternoon on same day having given a quote via WhatsApp to fix small issue with overflow on toilet. So refreshing in this day & age to find a company offering such good service. Wouldn't hesitate to use the company again."
