    "I've known Crystal DMS for some years and have always found their work to be excellent. We had a seriously blocked drain reported by a tenant at 5 pm last Saturday; I called Crystal, they responded immediately and the drain was cleared 2 hours later. Superb service as always."

    "We have had ongoing problems with a partially blocked toilet for several years. Three different plumbers and Dynorod have all been out without solving the issue. I chatted with Paul and it was clear that he understood the problem and was confident he could solve it. Jordan and Sam came out the next day. They were able to clear the drain within 2 hours. They explained to us exactly what they were doing as they went along and showed the clear drains when they had finished. I wish we had called Crystal DMS first!"
