    "Tyrone designed and fitted some shutters for our outside bar. The team arrived when they said they would and the standard of work was excellent. They designed a really clever system to attach them, and went above and beyond and painted them to match the rest of the bar. We would absolutely recommend to others."

    "Tyrone and his colleague arrived on time, if not a little early, to replace two internal doors. The work was carried out expeditiously and to a very high standard. At the end of the work everything was left clean and tidy, with no apparent sign of any work having been completed.(Albeit, the doors look a lot better!.) I would certainly recommend them and should the need arise again for any carpentry work I wouldn’t hesitate to call upon them again. Thank you."

    "Worked as a kitchen fitter, very poor finishing of kitchen fitting. Fridge was not fitted properly: feet are wrong way round so can’t clip in vent, plinth vents at top and bottom for air circulation round fridge was not done according to fit instruction; microwave was not screwed in, microwave door fowls decoration panel below it; an ugly gap between cooker hob splashback and splashback below extractor fan, light switch as shown above; pull out shelfs were fitted wrong way around etc etc. Have more pictures available if you'd like. Very disappointed. since we paid him in advance, clearly he didn't care this job."

    Trader reply: "We were given a set of plans to quote the work and price, I was told you were getting other companies to install the work tops, splashback, plumbing and electric. On the day of work starting (8th March) we arrived to find a lot more units than we expected. I was then told that the plans had changed and more units were added and we were going to install the work tops and splashbacks, this increased the quotation. No payment was made until the 14th of March, and this was for the original quotation once the original work was completed. Whilst doing the installation, we were given an instruction by you to go off plan as you had changed your mind on where the microwave was to be installed; you wanted below the oven in a drawer space rather than above the oven. We did fit this but it was then found the electrician hadn't known of the change so didn't have a socket. He had to unscrew the microwave to do his socket and should of re-screwed back in when he was finished. Due to going off plan, materials needed to be sourced by your husband as we went along, as you had supplied the kitchen. Due to plans changing, the electrician hadn't got his sockets in place and hadn't completed all of his work. You asked us to remove all the cupboards we had previously installed as he hadn't completed his wiring for lighting. This wasn't possible, as it would have caused damage to what we had already installed, so instead you got the electrician to damage the units and rather than getting him to repair you wanted us to do this. The same with the light switch - this should have been filled by the electrician as it was his job that you employed him to do. Installing the splash back we had a lengthy discussion on the join as the splashback wasn't deep enough. I gave you a couple of suggestions but we did what you wanted, and I explained about the join and food. Second payment was made after the worktop and splash back were installed and after you had checked them. We had arranged a snagging list to finish minor things that weren't on plan, building custom shelves and finishing all the adjustments, as these are always left to the end. Unfortunately, we had to pull off the job as you had then arranged to have your new flooring in the kitchen - we again accommodated this and changed dates for you. The next time we turned up we weren’t expecting to find the kitchen how it was, so we had to ask you to tidy it up as we couldn't get to complete the silicone. We said we would rearrange but you were insistent we stayed. You were very rude to me which your husband wasn't happy with as he apologised. On what we hoped would be our final day, we were told you wanted top and bottom vents. This is the client’s preference; you had one which we installed at the bottom and needed another so your husband went to get it. I had decided to stay as late as possible to get the kitchen finally finished, so went to phone my PA to reschedule other work (away from your property). Whilst doing so I noticed yourself videoing me out a window. I tried to speak to you about this but you did not want to engage, so we went and sat in the van as your husband wasn't in the property. We called him and told him what was witnessed and that we would leave and come back. The third payment is still outstanding. I feel that I have been more than reasonable and feel this review to be false in representing in its whole form. Your husband gave me permission to take pictures of the kitchen so I will attach to my response."
