    "First visit was to identify the problem and fit the new heating element, went perfectly smoothly! However the oven needed a new seal which had to be ordered. A day later they called to say its ready, and to arrange to come and fit it. We said tomorrow, but i STRESSED a PM appointment, which they agreed to, as i work nights. However, at 08:50am the next day I was awoken by a phone call saying they'd be here in 10 minutes! That is NOT a pm appointment! The engineer showed me his job manifest, with nothing mentioned at all in the special instructions. So, while the work was carried out very fast and accurately, the admin side leaves a lot to be desired! =/"

    "Great service – super quick fix! My dryer packed in, so I gave Service & Sales a call. They got someone out fast, found the problem straight away, and had it all sorted there and then. Really easy to deal with – I’d definitely use them again."
