    "I rang TG Repairs to organise a repair for our dishwasher and said that a 'fault' message had appeared. I was asked what the message was and on giving it, was told that it wasn't actually a fault at all! To my embarrassment, it was just that inadvertently the start time had been put back an hour, giving the impression that the machine wasn't working. Instead of arranging a visit to fix things and for me to incur a call out charge, which could easily have been done, I was given the information how to reset the machine and no payment was asked for. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending TG Repairs as being the best value for money possible! My sincere thanks to the gentleman I spoke with, whose name I unfortunately didn't get.
