"Really excellent. Completed online booking form and received call very soon after. Engineer Janis attended in under an hour - we were fortunate to catch him in the area and available. Fault diagnosed and electric cooker element replaced on the spot as Janis had the right spare part on his van. So really great experience and reasonable price. Big plus here is that pricing is very transparent. Will keep business card and use again and will definitely recommend."
