"All the guys were polite and understanding explaining well what needed to be done in order for the problem to be solved, they also gave reassurance that if the problem was not solved they would be straight out to have a look again I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing anything done to their roof"

"I have used this company before for a ridge tile refix and then moss removal. The moss removal was a fixed price which included guttering clearance and replacing any cracked tils inclusive. I contacted the proprietor to view the roof and felt and give recommendations. The garage apex roof was letting water in three area. The house is 50 years old and the felt had perished and although there is no look in the attic, it was receding at the edges. I was given a fixed price for the house and then for the garage and port to strip the tiles, replace with membrane and then refix the roof tiles including replacing any cracked ones. The prices is quoted on letterhead and the job comes with a 25 year warranty. The scaffolding was put up with ease and the roofers worked industriously and with cheerful enthusiasm. Their customer soft skills were excellent in answering questions and explaining the dry ridge system. I would thoroughly recommend this company as they live up to their name"
