"Really impressed. Paul was helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and had sorted the fault with our heating within less than 4 hours from the time I sent a msg via Trust-a-Trader website. Not only that but the price was very reasonable too. Thoroughly recommend."

"I rang Paul of PG Heating on Monday morning 1st Nov. We had no hot water and no heating, Paul advised he would send an engineer in the afternoon, Jamie and colleague Harry arrived after 1pm. sorted the problem straight away, and repaired it. We also had another issue with a leaking toilet, they sorted out and replaced damaged part, we have used PG heating before, as they are professional experienced, reliable, (they do answer the phone,and turn up as advised) and reasonably priced, thanks guys."

"If you are looking for a professional,experienced, heating engineer, look no further than PG Heating&Plumbing. I rang Paul on the 24th of June to explain we didn’t have any hot water, and was advised Jamie or Harry would call the next morning, Jamie came assessed what was needed ordered the part and left, and said Harry would be back in 45 mins with the part to fit, which he did satisfactorily. that’s team work!!!!!!!!!!.thank you guys. (And thank you for responding to my call, and actually turning up!!!!👍)"

"I contacted PG Heating as I wanted to replace our old Worcester Bosch floor mounted boiler and this company are accredited by the manufacturer. Paul was very knowledgeable on the phone and he managed to get someone out for an estimate very quickly. Jamie came to look at the boiler and talked me through all the options and answered all my questions. We got the quote through within 2 hours of their visit and although they were a few hundred ponds dearer than another quote, I liked their professionalism. A date was booked (within a week) and the guys turned up on time and carried out the work which had very little impact to us and the guys were very polite and respectful. The work was all done very neatly and they tidied up before they left. Jamie gave me a good talk through of both the boiler and the new room thermostat to ensure we were happy. I would highly recommend this company, they were Covid compliant and I will definitely use them for my annual servicing from now on."
