"I was first inclined to call Plamen because I could see from the uploaded photos that his work was of an obviously high standard. On my call I said I had successfully replaced a couple of tap cartridges but unfortunately both isolation valves in the pipe work were now weeping water. He said if his workload the next day went to plan he would attend, even though I had said it wasn’t by any means an emergency. He quickly followed up with a text, setting out his charging structure, which I appreciated because it demonstrated this was a plumber who was organised about both his time and his business. The rates quoted were most reasonable, even before taking into account the quality of his work I had already noticed for myself. He duly called the next day, arrived in the afternoon and swiftly swapped over the isolation valves. The work was done in exactly the manner expected and in line with my preconceived view of his plumbing skills. Highly, highly recommended. My new plumber of choice."
