Calum Hercus - Image 1 "Work I had done: Downstairs and upstairs hall re-painted (including doors), and rough areas (e.g. at front door) lined. Wall in living room and dining room wallpapered. Pat arranged an initial visit for 3-4 days after I first contacted him. Pat respected Covid-19 guidelines during this visit and clearly explained the work needed. Pat provided a quote the day after his visit, broken down for each work item. The work was arranged for less than 3 weeks following this. During this time, I appreciated Pat giving me advice e.g. on how much wallpaper to buy. Work started on the promised date. Pat emailed the day before to confirm when they would be arriving. Martin and James did the work to a high standard, were friendly, cleaned up as expected, and finished in 3 days. Pat checked that we were happy with the work, and invoiced for the amount originally quoted. Only able to attach one picture, but will send more for the Optimus Decorating Services Limited Facebook page."
