    "Matt was very helpful and understood my idea with my bathroom, he also took the time to explain to me the impact of some of my bathroom accessory choices. For example I wanted mat black taps, shower etc and he took the time to ensure I understood that living in a hard water area would require a lot of effort to ensure they stayed looking their best. He talked me through alternative to achieve the same desired outcome."
