    "John has been polite and understanding of our requirement to get the work done within a certain timeframe. He has completed the work to a superb standard and has communicated with me throughout the work. We went away on holiday while John came round to complete the work. Videos and pictures were sent daily with updated progress and I couldn’t be happier with the final outcome. All of the work for this job was completed within our budget and to the original quote given by John with one extra that we thought we may need should the issue arise, but as this was a potential extra cost that was communicated at the start it was not an issue for us and I can only see it as a positive due to Johns complete honestly and integrity. I have already asked John to quote for another job later this year and I would be happy for him to complete this work for us also (should the quote meet our budget)."
