    "Having used several builders over many years at the same property I can safely say Luca is the best we have come across. We can't fault any part of his service or workmanship. I have now used Luca for a couple of different projects (bathroom and kitchen installation, patio rebuild and other internal structural work) and the thing I am most confident about when working with him is the quality of the overall build and finish. I can trust the work will be done to a high standard without any issues down the line. On top of that he, and his team, are friendly, punctual and professional."

    "How does one find a painter & decorator or a builder. Generally by recommendation. We went down that route and were unimpressed with the work which was carried out. Our neighbours were having an extension built and we asked whether Ilya would be interested in carrying out some work for us. “We can do everything” was the first thing I was told, and as we lived next door we were invited to inspect the quality of the work. Upon first glance we knew we had found someone who would do a good job. Work started just before Christmas 2020 with the assurance that it would be finished before Christmas and it was - to a very high standard. The team are really friendly and punctual, arriving each morning at 8am and working through the day. Throughout 2021/2 Ilia and his team have carried out work always to an exceptional standard. Trust me. No job is too small and I cannot recommend I-Builders enough. They are now my go to guys. Thank you Ilia. You’re a real superstar."

    "I had never undertaken any major building works before and was somewhat anxious about choosing the right builder. I can safely say I made the right choice. Luca made the whole process easy and I have a fabulous new kitchen extension. All his team were helpful, polite and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. He also helped me out when choosing items and explained the whole building process and the building control aspect as we went along. All his work was finished to a high standard. I would definitely use him again."
