"This is an unusual feedback in that Gary did not actually do any work on-site for us. We had an urgent need for help and Gary whilst busy took the time to understand our problem and ultimately find a resolution that did not require him to visit us. We much appreciated this and will be back!"

"Gary was called on Thursday morning after my diverter valve stopped working. Gary arrived Friday afternoon and with 15mins everything was replaced and it was working again! I’ve already booked my service!"
