"The Engineer was very professional, courteous explained everything he was go to do. Upon completion of work again went through everything again making sure we understood and were happy with the work. Finally made sure that the areas that he had worked in were left clean and tidy. [The initial quote giving us options was very well presented explaining everything] Would have now anticipation in recommending. Thanks again to WLV."

"Been using WLV for several years now for my gas appliance/boiler servicing and they always deliver outstanding work. This year I also had a central heating upgrade with the addition of extra radiators. It was an awkward and fairly big job but they carried it out perfectly with minimum disruption , punctuality, reliability, quality and value and most of all with great humour and fantastic customer service. 100% recommend on every level thank you David,Scott, Tayla and all the team"
