Based in Newcastle under Lyme we cover all surrounding areas and consider no job as too big or too small - from small extension to new builds, we've done them all.
Greenwood Building Services Ltd has vast experience in building industry and have experience of timber, building products, engineering and design. We undertake any type of project but specialise in new build, extensions and loft conversions.

"Loft conversion with lowered first floor ceiling requiring vacation of property Professional quote, offering good value for money which we took the time to compare nationally as well as locally. The quote was referred to by Rob through entire project as reference, in terms of costing and work scheduling. Unforeseen structural problems identified at beginning of project were dealt with swiftly, requiring Rob to negotiate and liaise with architect, neighbours and myself. Communication and updates were excellent during this stressful period. Rob worked relentlessly during the second pandemic lockdown sourcing building supplies, sometimes from different suppliers to avoid delays to the project. Again, communication and updates during this period were excellent. The team turned up when they said, worked hard to get job done and we are really pleased with the finish. Thank you, lads. "Good quality extension of bedroom and new car port. Work was started during COVID 19 so work was delayed but Rob and his team did there best to start as soon as they could through the unusual circumstances. Really pleased with the work."
