    "Jeremain was terrific, from start to finish. Before he even began work, he contacted UK Power to send an engineer out to check a potential emergency issue. Fortunately, all was well, but his prompt action really impressed me. He then came out to do a related follow-up job for us, which he completed quickly and efficiently.
