"Ross was excellent - he came to my apartment and efficiently repaired two faulty bathroom radiators. He even returned on the weekend to solve another issue. His estimate was competitive and his response time quick. Ross isolated the issue with confidence and resolved both issues. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough."

"How great to speak to Ross personally and not a call centre. Ross fixed my boiler which threw up many problems over 3 days. He is very professional and never stops problem finding till the jobs done. His rates are excellent and you feel your problems are over."

"We have used Tru Heat for the past 7-8 years. The team are always responsive and timely in their communications and are a pleasure to have in the house. When doing the work Jon and Ross keep you informed on progress and any considerations for the job. The work done today was a boiler service and refitting’s two radiators they have previously removed to allow for room to be decorated."
