"We’d been having trouble with an awful scratching noise in the walls and assumed it was a mouse, we’d laid down our own traps and even called a different pest control company who told us the problem would go away on its own, which it didn’t. We’ve just had a baby and I was worrying about the suspected rodents and the baby. I called Bugwise Pest Control at 7am in the morning and they came out the same day! Mo was so kind and thorough and explained everything clearly, he went above and beyond to help. Bugwise returned again today for a second visit and confirmed that the problem has been completely dealt with, they also offered me a free mouse proofing service which was greatly appreciated; we’re in an older property which we love but we know makes it easy for mice to get in so the proofing gave us huge peace of mind. "I HAD a rat infestation for a few years now but since i used Bugwise around 7 weeks ago I haven't seen a single rat for a while now and I feel so much happier now they have finally GONE :) :) I'm even looking forward to being able to use my back garden again after years.
