    "Lewis came very promptly to advise my set of six flats in a Victorian Terrace around how to deal with oriental cockroaches. He was very knowledgeable and very generous with his advice – and most importantly very honest-because of the extreme heat he said that using gel was not appropriate as it would dry out too quickly-and because there are both babies and pets it wasn’t right to spray indoors. Nevertheless, he gave really good advice about what we could do ourselves- and charged us absolutely nothing. A lovely man who knows his stuff!"
