    "There will be an inverse relationship between how much you dislike rodents and how much you rate BKV’s work. I always find the most useful yardstick of a professional is how kindly they answer silly questions. Bàlint answered hundreds of my silly questions and almost, it seemed, as a side effect, carried out a full survey of the (four storey) house, laid down his deadly tools and left in what felt like no time at all. The follow up visits showed brilliant results and the mice that once infested each storey and now merely a story told about the past. Thank you!"
