"Thank you Jay and Maria for your kindness and a brilliant service. After sending a 'contact me' query on a Sunday in response to the sound of scratching under our conservatory floor, I received a call back straight away and a visit just a couple of hours afterwards. They quickly found the source of the problem - tiny teeth marks in an external plastic air vent and recommended metal air vents (and a link to where I could buy them) to put over our existing vents to stop our mouse visitor getting in or out. They also checked around our kitchen, the drains and garden for any signs of mouse activity. So professional and reassuring. Would recommend their service to anyone without hesitation. "Wow! The most amazing service from Jay and Maria who solved our rodent (and cluster fly) problem in the attic. They were so friendly and sympathetic with our situation and nothing was too much trouble for them. They went out of their way to make sure me and my family were left with the utmost peace of mind. "Good around service, I rang them about mice in my loft ,also used the same guy for a wasp nest I had in my loft in the summer , very reliable, nice bloke , would definitely recommend this company to others in a similar situation"
