"I called Jay at 4.30am After hearing rats under the floorboards and they had made a hole near my front door as they were trying to get out after a very scary night. it was such a relief for someone to answer the phone. Jay was with us by 5.50 am he was calm and reassuring he did a through search of the property filled the hole with poison cut a hole in the floor boards put poison in and sealed it with a metal plate we had snap traps outside and bait boxes we managed to catch two Rats in the trap that week. when jay and Maria came back the following week they checked to see if the poison had been eaten and how much activity there had been Jay sealed the hole at the door and we have so far not had an issue. This company comes highly recommended and i would absolutely use them again Many Thanks Jay"

"If you have ever felt violated by rats in your loft you will know just how upsetting it can be! What you want is a swift professional solution and EPC are that and more! Jay and Marie make the perfect team. Quick to respond, diagnose and provide the solution. We had an unwanted guest in our loft and they caught it and then spray disinfected the whole area. Incredibly lovely people that took away the problem, but more importantly the anxiety of being invaded by unwanted guests! I cannot recommend them highly enough. If you need pest control don’t go anywhere else!"
