Welcome to Astral Carpentry & Joinery services
We offer a wide range of services from floors to roofs and everything in between. With over 20 years in the construction trade you can be sure that Astral will complete your project on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Here at Astral our reputation and your satisfaction are of the utmost importance. We take great pride in our work, the finished product is always unsurpassed in quality, built to the highest standards by highly skilled, fully qualified craftsmen.
Safety is always at the heart of our builds and we will take all necessary precautions to ensure not just ours, but that you and your family are kept safe from the dangers of construction whilst your project is underway.
Services we provide
Doors - Supplied and fitted or if you prefer to buy your own we can offer a fitting only service. (Internal and external) Door trimming and easing
Kitchen fitting - We can offer full kitchen fitting services, down to replacement doors, worktops or just repairs.
Kitchen worktop cutting only service - For those who are fitting there own kitchen but don't have the means to cut the required joints on the worktops.
Roofs - Trussed roofs, cut roofs, hips, valleys, dorma windows.
Flooring (finished floors) - Supplied and fitting or fitting only. Everything from laminate to engineered to solid wood.
Flooring (sub floors) - Damaged or squeaky floor boards can be easily replaced or repaired.
Skirting & Architrave - Supplied and fitted or fitting only.
Stud Work, Partitions & Dry Lining - We can build, alter or move partition walls to whatever suits your needs.
Fitted / built in wardrobes - Walk-in, sliding doors, traditional, full height. All can be catered for.

"Karl arranged to replace an internal door far quicker than I expected and after arriving early on the day (unusual these days - the last tradesman was an hour late!), he not only fitted it without fuss but also solved an issue involving the slightly twisted door frame. This was the first time I've needed a carpenter and it's always good when you find a good one first time as it saves hunting around in the future. Thanks Karl - very happy!"

"Karl was able to fit in the work I needed as a last minute request to enable me to meet a deadline. Skirting boards fitted in the lounge. Work completed was excellent and good value for money. Seemless boarding with accurate precise joints, a very neat job. I have asked Karl to carry out further work fitting new skirting and wood flooring in the dining room. Very impressed with workmanship. Neat tidy work ready and now to decorate . 😀"
