At Active Carpentry we have been providing carpentry and joinery services to customers in Kettering for six years. As craftsmen with in-depth knowledge of our trade, we use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.
We believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, we conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that we can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows us to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their particular needs and helps us to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for our bespoke carpentry.

What was once an awkward, narrow room has been completely transformed into a bright, practical, and beautifully organised workspace. The worktop fits perfectly wall to wall and makes excellent use of the window area, creating a spacious desk without overwhelming the room. The finish is clean and seamless, and it feels incredibly sturdy and well made. The shelving above has added so much useful storage while still keeping the space light and uncluttered.
