"We nipped a central heating pipe on a Sunday at 5:30pm, which is not a good time to do that and need a plumber. Ryan was the ONLY person to answer his phone and whilst he wasn't able to come out on the Sunday evening he gave us advice as to what we needed to do, which worked as he had told us. He then came over to see us on the Monday and he fixed the issue. Whilst he was with us he spotted several issues with our central heating that had recently been serviced. We were very impressed with him and we look forward to using him to service our boiler and central heating"

"Highly Recommend R V Plumbing and Heating. My boiler is 17 years old and I thought it had given up the ghost. I was expecting to replace my whole central heating system. Ryan gave me two quotes one for a repair for a new heating pump and a three port motorised valve with a full power flush... and a quote for a full CH replacement. We opted for the repair as Ryan felt that this was all our system needed (of course he could not garentee that this would solve the problem... but he was confident he’d found the issue) There was absolutely no pressure. We received our quotes within days of our free consultation appointment and he was able to fit us in his diary within 2 weeks Arrived on time... full kit to complete the job... and our engineer was clean, polite and respectful of our property. All floors and worktops where protected within the areas that the engineer worked in. Our home was left clean and tidy. A top service. We highly recommend R&V Plumbing and Heating"

"I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough. From the very first initial contact he was friendly and helpful and went out of his way to try and resolve our boiler problem, explaining all the different outcomes and never made us feel we were being a pain when asking questions. He kept in contact during the time between initial consultation and final job and was always only a phone call away. Would definitely use his services again. Very pleased we found him!"

"Made a rather panicked call as my toilet decided to spring a leak and flood everywhere. Despite a very busy schedule Ryan assured me he'd be able to call the same day. He came in and got straight to work and fixed the problem in just minutes. After completion he checked and double checked the repair was good. He then said to call any time if any further problems should arise. Would thoroughly recommend RV Plumbing and Heating and know where to go now for any (although hopefully not!!) help in the future.
