    "Norman came to quote for a bathroom refurb that I needed doing. He arrived on time and was friendly and approachable. He listened to my needs and was happy to guide me on things I wasn't sure about. He was prompt with a quote including all work required and I was happy to accept. Norm and his team worked hard, overcoming a few unforseen problems, keeping me informed on what the progress was and what they were doing, leaving each night after cleaning and tidying the area. The finish result is nothing short of excellent and the detail and care taken to make sure that everything was perfect shows in the finished result. Him and his team are multiskilled and as a result means that you dont have to have different tradesmen for each job. No request was too much trouble and I felt that they cared about the end result as much as I did! I would not hesitate to have them do more work in my house or recommend them to family and friends."
