Mr&Mrs Clayton - Image 1 "Injection damp proofing, re-plastering solid floor laid. Work to the floor, confusingly not as quoted and took longer."
Trader reply: "Hi Mrs Clayton, Hope you are well, and thank you for the review. In regards to the floor, all that was quoted for was carried out accordingly. The only difference was that we insulated the floor for you also . All chemicals and additives that were part of the waterproof concrete base as quoted were all in the ready-mix as shown on the data sheet from the concrete company (waterproof concrete). We decided to install a multi layered floor in conjunction with Kingspan insulation board to provide a thermal waterproof concrete floor at no extra charge. The Contents of the floor contained - type 1, DPM, insulation board, DPM, waterproof concrete, insulation board, sika top screed then a final liquid tanking membrane over the top of the screed. The floor was laid by our men that have been doing floors for 30 years and the quality of the floor was exeptional. The reason for it taking slightly longer was due to the multilayers involved along with drying times ect. The additional damp proofing works were also carried out to exception. I have attached 1 of the photos of many, as we can only upload 1 photo on this platform, but I would of uploaded them all if I could to show all the different stages and the quality of the work.
