At Trentside Joinery & Builder Contractors we have been providing carpentry and joinery services to customers in Nottinghamshire and have 40 years of combined experience as a family run business. As craftsmen with in-depth knowledge of our trade, we use a combination of traditional and modern methods to help each customer to achieve the finish they desire without compromising on quality.

Our large workshop enables us to take on most aspects of joinery and carpentry, from external timber buildings, pergolas and timber roofs, to bespoke furniture, cabinets and kitchen fitting.

We can design and install your bespoke furniture. Make that under the stairs area useful again, or have wardrobes built that actually fit the space.

We believe that all joinery should be done to the highest standards, whether it’s a feature staircase or hanging a door. To this end, we conduct a consultation with each prospective customer so that we can accurately gauge their expectations, desired functionality, timescale and budget. This allows us to advise each customer of the best course of action based on their particular needs and helps us to achieve high rates of customer satisfaction for our bespoke carpentry.

    "Had separate interior leak and damp which was diagnosed and work carried out to remedy the problems, doing what was necessary and not what wasn’t. I had asked for flat roof to be re felted but this was deemed unnecessary and a better solution sought. Couldn’t be happier from start to finish. Reasonable quote, friendly and professional throughout. Would highly recommend."

    "I contacted Craig regarding a broken floorboard under the carpet in my living room and sent him a number of photos demonstrating the problem. Craig identified the cause of the issue was due to inadequate support on one end of the board where it failed to meet the joist. Next he devised a plan to replace the broken board, plus bolster it with additional support to avoid a repeat occurrence. On the day of the job, Craig arrived on time and completed the work to a high standard, then tidied up afterwards. He was friendly and polite throughout. I would certainly consider Trentside Joinery & Buildings Contractors for future work."
