    Will - Image 1 "We got in touch with Cy because our kitchen tap was leaking on one side. He came round on the same day, and first attempted to replace the cartridge (cheaper and easier than replacing the whole tap). After half an hour of heaving with no joy, it was clear we'd need a whole new tap! Cy gave us some pointers on what to look for, and we bought a new tap on Screwfix over the weekend. He came back on Tuesday to fit it, did the job thoroughly and neatly and at a reasonable price too. Overall a fuss-free experience and I appreciated Cy's clear communication, and his tips for a couple of other things around our flat too. Thanks again!"
