    "When my parents had to call for help Ali was so polite, kind and patient with my dad as he has parkinsons and it means alot they can call and the help is there and she is so kind. Highly recommend this lovely company."

    "Absolutely wonderful, came to help my parents with their heating control and as dad has parkinsons he was such a great help and kind and they cant praise him enough. It means alot that they have someone so reliable, kind and helpful. Recommend 100 percent. Nothing is too much trouble."

    "We always use LBP anyway for our boiler services and they are so reliable. Had an emergency leak from our hot water tank due to a build up of pressure, which was then leaking onto electrics. Arrived within about 10mins of my call, sorted really quickly, talked me through what he was doing. Advised what part would need replacing but was quite honest that we may not even need it replacing and to see how we coped without. Very impressed with his honesty and showed it was about good customer service and not just charging me for a part that may not even be needed. Would always recommend LBP!"
