"Stephen and his son arrived on time to clean our two-seater and three-seater sofas. They were polite, friendly and efficient. Amazing job on both “faux-suede” sofas. I mentioned that the carpet on the upstairs landing had a mark on it, and could he have a look at it. Shortly after, he came down saying he had found a further two marks, and that all three now disappeared. Exemplary customer service. Will definitely use PM Carpet Cleaning in the future, and have no hesitation recommending them to others. Thanks also to Jo in the office for arranging the appointment. Terry in Staines."
