Our professional carpet cleaning service was established in 2000, becoming a Ltd company in 2008. This is our 21st year in business, we are independently managed and also have 8 years experience of running a cleaning franchise prior to setting up North Star.
Since then we have continued to expand our services and our team now comprises professional, reliable carpet and upholstery cleaning specialists.
You will see that we are also advanced members of the National Carpet Cleaners Association and was voted “Cleaner of the Month” for July 2018 out of their 1300+ members.
It is impossible to keep carpets 100% clean; despite your best efforts, some staining
is inevitable. We are experienced and skilled at getting even the most stubborn stains out of flooring and upholstery, making your home or business look as good as new!

"Gary, Karen and Matt are a great team. They have been cleaning my carpets for many years and more recently have taken on my Loaf velvet corner sofa which my ancient cat treated very badly in her last couple of years. They also gave invaluable advice when I had a carpet moth invasion during lockdown (no social distancing for moths). Matt does an excellent job and I would always recommend their services."

"Great company really do recommend my 6 month old pup decided to rip a hole in the carpet under my radiator and rip the side of the stairs of not really knowing what to do I circled all the carpet shops very expensive come across these guys got me in super quick managed to get some spare carpet from my cupboard and the job was done it wasn’t messy it wasn’t stressful very friendly man to and a very reasonable price I’ve kept the spare carpet for when I need to call these guys next time ha ha don’t look anywear else these are your people"
