    Terry - Image 1 "They replaced the lead flashing at the front of our house & reseated a ridge tile on the roof. All work was carried out to what appears to be a high standard. They were very tidy, efficient. & knowledgeable about what they were doing. Chads apprentice was given practical experience under his close supervision. Both were very polite at all times & respected our property."

    Terry - Image 1 "Chad spent two days cleaning the moss off our roofs. He did it meticulously by hand & then sprayed the roofs with Biocide to prevent the moss returning. He removed so much it was like a carpet on our drive, patio & paths, that is until Chad cleaned it all up & disposed of it. When finished the gutters had been cleared & facia cleaned, all the paths etc were cleared & looked cleaner than they were before he arrived. He & Josh who helped him on Saturday were both very polite at all times & respected our property. He charges a competitive rate & I will certainly use him again. Thanks Chad."

    Malcolm Belcher - Image 1 "I came across L & C Roofing and met with Chad who was very keen and motivated. He understood my requirements and confirmed a very competitive price. Chad was the 3rd quote I obtained and was by far the cheapest. Chad is passionate about his business and in particular about roofing. He is knowledgeable and more than experienced. My job was 70m2 of slate tiling with dry ridge ventilation and included Velux window and a sun pipe. I am very happy with the finish which was done within the time I wanted despite some poor weather. I will certainly be using Chad again."
