    "Wow. Called Paul out on Saturday, no heating or hot water, our combi boiler had been playing up for a couple of weeks, he did an immediate repair but advised that it was dying and would continue to be troublesome. We asked if he could fit us a new one and he called us back this morning, Monday. He had had a cancellation so could fit it today. He arrived with his son at the time he had specified. They did the work in a timely manner, were very polite and friendly. They also tidied up completely afterwards. We've had to turn the heating down as it's working so well. An excellent job."

    "I called DHP this morning as our heating did not come on. I left a message on his mobile phone and then got an almost immediate call back. He was very helpful and said he would call me back again when he had finished the job he was working on. This he did but the heating by then had righted itself and was working. I told him I will keep his number in case of problems with the boiler in the future. He was very courteous, polite and helpful."
